Renovation of a residential development in Sacaton, Arizona. Working plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Bid is cancelled. **As of March 12th,2026 No definite date for the rebid.** Roofing Repair Project 22 Homes Question Deadline 02/05/2026 at 5:00 PM MT Online Portal The work will include, but is not necessarily limited to, furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, services, and transportation, and performing all operations in connection with the Project. The project is to repair or replace existing roofs for thirteen (13) residents located in Districts 2 through Districts 7 in various locations by removing shingles down to decking, installing new drip metals, shingles, pipe jacks, and around air conditioning units. Square footage will be determined at each home site visit. QUANTITY: Approximately thirteen (13) existing home sites The work will consist of the following: • To remove existing shingles down to decking. • Inspection of wood damage • Replace wood roof deck with ½” OSB • Install synthetic underlayment (or better). • Install starter strip shingles, • Install all appropriate metal flashings, • Install Dimensional Shingles. (Color chosen by homeowner) install 6 nails per shingle. • Install hip and ridge shingles. • Replace and paint vent, fascia & penetration flashing to match shingle color. • Install staples at open eaves • Install new drip edge • Replace sheeting and rafts on back porch as needed • Replace any metal flashing around chimney (if applicable) • Replace and paint rafter tails (if applicable) • Apply polyurethane sealant for flashing and roofing (if applicable) • All gable ends will be replaced and painted to match, to include wall gable to foundation (if applicable) • Remove any foam and existing membrane, replace with new foam and new membrane (if applicable) • Include in the bid the replacement of all OSB wood and fascia (including painting) scoped for the square footage of the home/patio • Contractor responsible for daily proper site clean-up including running magnet to prevent tire damage • Contractors must have all work completed by September 30, 2026 • Summer working hours will be 6:00am – 2:00pm • TERO Compliance is necessary • Patio Roofing shall utilize common construction standards for any existing patio roofing • 30-year roofing asphalt shingles should be included
