Description

Completed plans call for the addition of a service station / car wash facility; for the demolition of a service station / car wash facility; and for site work for a service station / car wash facility.

The City of Oxnard is seeking an experienced and qualified singular vendor to grant a Franchise to exclusively use certain public property to design, install, own, operate, and maintain electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) for the use and benefit of the public and City fleet vehicles, including incidental design, construction, and modifications to City infrastructure to further and accommodate such use, at no cost to the City. It is the City's intent to enter into a Franchise Agreement with an industry leading vendor to expand public and fleet charging across the City under a negotiated Franchise Fee.
