The Oxnard School District seeks proposals for Wide Area Network services for E-Rate Funding Year 2026. The District includes 21 school and operational facilities, all currently connected by a fully managed private WAN with dedicated 10,000 Mbps circuits per site and an aggregate backhaul supporting all site circuits. Proposals should cover: three-year terms with two optional one-year extensions, or five-year terms. Sealed proposals must be delivered to the District's Purchasing Department. If awarded the contract, the successful bidder must furnish a mandatory 100% Performance Bond and Criminal Background Investigation/Fingerprinting Certification. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to waive any informality, technical defect, or clerical error in any Bid Proposal Package.
