Contractor is responsible for completion of all work associated with the roofing project at Mira Loma Middle School. This project includes all necessary labor, tools, materials, and equipment to accomplish the work shown in the bid documents. The class of California contractors license required to bid on and perform the contract for this Project is: C-39. Contractor must be an authorized installer of Tremco Roofing and Building Maintenance. All bids must be submitted on District bid forms only. Each bid must be submitted with security in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the maximum bid amount as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into the proposed contract, including all required Contract Documents. The successful bidder will be required to provide both a performance bond and a separate payment bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the total contract amount. Bidders must pay not less than the general prevailing rates of per-diem wages for each craft or type of worker needed to execute the contract. All contractors and subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations to perform public work and maintain active registrations for the duration of the Project. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
