Henry Specification #HR3-10-NMR-CR - Non-Insulated - Three-ply BUR Reinforced Monolithic Roof Surface over Nailable Deck Roofing System w/ Reflective Acrylic Topcoat Assembly Over a prepared deck surface, mechanically fasten one layer of Henry 606 80# Premium SBS-Modified Mineral-Surfaced Underlayment. Install two plies of Henry 604 25# Fiberglass Base Sheet adhered with Henry 902 Permanent Bond Adhesive. Install Base Flashing with Henry 180 modifiedPlus NP180gM4 adhered with 902 Permanent Bond Adhesive in transitions. Surface with Pro-Grade 197 Asphalt Emulsion reinforced with Henry 189 Fiberglass Roving. Finish with Pro-Grade 294 Premium Elastomeric Base Coat, White Armor Highly Reflective Granules, and Pro-Grade 280 Elastomeric White Roof Coating or other colors as specified. Each bid must strictly conform with and be responsive to the contract documents. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding. Each bidder must submit a list of designated subcontractors as required by the Subletting and Subcontracting Fair Practices Act. Bids must be accompanied by bidder's security in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, in the form of cash, cashier's check, certified check, or a bidder's bond executed by a California admitted surety. Contractors and subcontractors must pay not less than the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and must be currently registered and qualified to perform public work. Prequalification requirements apply to prime bidders and MEP subcontractors holding specified licenses. Separate payment and performance bonds, each equal to 100% of the total contract amount, are required prior to contract execution. Requirements for D.V.B.E. participation and procedures for substitution requests are also specified. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) days after the bid opening date.
