** As of March 20, 2026 project has been awarded to Ripley & Son Excavating LLC but no amount available ** All labor, material, and equipment necessary for the completion of the following work: New Concrete Slab in NCW Fairgrounds Ag and Floral Barn. Bids shall be marked "BID FOR NEW CONCRETE SLAB IN NCW FAIRGROUNDS AG AND FLORAL BARN" on the outside of the envelope. Bidders are advised to read all pertinent plans, specifications, and provisions prior to submitting a bid. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids for cause. All questions regarding the project should be directed to Ramon Ramirez, Facilities Operation or Todd Boughton, Facilities Manager. Estimated between $20,000 - $30,000. Scope of Work: _ Remove any excess dirt to allow a solid gravel base. _ Add at least 2-inch layer of 5/8 gravel and compact. _ Lay rebar at 24" or less in grid pattern. _ Pour new min. 4-inch layer of concrete. _ Bidder will be responsible for airing all necessary permits with the Town of Waterville. _ Disposal of excess dirt or gravel will *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
