Renovation of a military facility in Folsom, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The work consists of removing and disposing of the existing bridge crane, including handling asbestos and other hazardous materials, followed by designing, fabricating, and installing a new crane. It includes providing a new power supply up to the main power disconnect and performing a rail survey with the option to repair or replace the existing rail system. The contractor must conduct commissioning tests and load testing, provide operation and maintenance training, and coordinate closely with the Government throughout all phases of the work. The estimated period of performance is 600 calendar days. Location: Folsom Warehouse, approximately two miles north of Folsom, California, in Sacramento County.
