A Pre-Bid conference for all Bidders will be held on February 10, 2026 at 3:30 P.M. at the Elmira High School, 777 South Main Street Elmira, NY 14904 for the purpose of reviewing the bidding procedures, the scope of work, and inspecting the proposed work areas.
