Renovation of an educational facility in Milton, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed bids are invited for the construction of Bagdad Elementary Building 7: Classroom Energy Upgrades for The School Board of Santa Rosa County, Florida. Bids must be submitted on forms supplied by the Architect and accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the base bid to guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a written contract and furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Labor and Material Payment Bond satisfactory to the Owner. Contractors may obtain one electronic set of reproducible documents (drawings and specifications) from Anton Lee Engineering. All contractors are notified that a mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at Bagdad Elementary School to allow bidders to familiarize themselves with existing site conditions. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities in bidding and reject any and all bids. Pre-qualification requirements: All contractors for educational facilities must be pre-qualified to be eligible to bid on school projects.
