The work includes facilities management, facility investment, pest control, swimming pool services, grounds maintenance and landscaping, pavement clearance, utilities management, electrical services, wastewater services, water services, and base support vehicles and equipment. The requirement is performance-based and will be delivered through a facilities support indefinite-quantity contract incorporating both recurring firm-fixed-price work and non-recurring indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity work. The contract will include a phase-in period, a base year, and seven one-year option periods, with an estimated annual value between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. There will be a phase-in period, and the anticipated performance start date is 1 April 2027.
