Tigard-Tualatin School District No. 23J is requesting proposals from contractors for the Fowler Middle School Modernization Project. Submissions must be clearly marked as proposals to provide Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) services for the Tigard-Tualatin School District Bond Program at Fowler Middle School, addressed to the Bond Program Manager, and received by the specified deadline. The requirements for submission and any additional information can be obtained from the district's website or by contacting the Owner's Representative. The Owner reserves the right to reject any proposal not in compliance with the requirements and may reject any or all proposals in the public interest.
