The Complexity Factor for this project is 0.035 The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on April 22, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Region One/District One Office in Schaumburg. Phase I and Phase II engineering services are required for all work associated with the preparation of preliminary engineering and environmental studies as well as plan preparation and land acquisition studies for the improvement anticipated at the following locations or similar intersections in Will County: US 52 at E. North Street IL 50 (Governors Highway) at County Line Road IL 1 (Dixie Highway) at Eagle Lake Road IL 113 (Main Street) at W River Road US 45 at US 52/Joliet Road US 6 (Southwest Highway) at 187th Street IL 113 (Main Street) at Coal City Road/S Frontage Road The anticipated scope of work consists of intersection improvements to meet 2050 travel demand and address safety concerns. A roundabout alternative will be evaluated at all intersection locations. As part of the Phase II study portion, an evaluation on whether innovative project delivery is feasible for all intersections is expected.
