The work includes the construction of four below-grade, cast-in-place concrete water delivery structures—three approximately 27-feet by 21-feet, and one approximately 33-feet by 22-feet—each at separate locations. The project includes yard piping and minor electrical work for sump pump, lighting, ventilation, and tamper switch power. Note that installation of internal piping, meters, control valves, heaters, and permanent electrical equipment will be performed under a separate contract at a later date. Upstream and downstream connections to the delivery structures will also be completed by others at a later date. Only contractors, major subcontractors, or vendors/material suppliers verified by the owner to provide major components of the work are eligible to receive bidding documents, and these will only be provided upon execution of a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement. Questions must be submitted in writing by the specified deadline, and a virtual pre-bid conference will be held for eligible bidders. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is strongly encouraged, and the owner reserves the right to reject bids from firms that do not attend. A Project Labor Agreement is required, and all bids must provide for payment of applicable prevailing wages in compliance with relevant acts.
