Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a 6,000-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot.
This work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to remove and replace approximately 6,000 square feet of public sidewalk, 600 linear feet of curb and gutter, and patch approximately 1,050 square yards of concrete roadway pavement at various locations throughout the Village. Interested bidders must provide a current IDOT Certificate of Eligibility or demonstrate the ability and experience to perform work of the nature and scope of the proposed project. All contracts are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. The Village of Glen Ellyn seeks bids from qualified contractors to remove and replace public sidewalk, curb and gutter, and concrete road pavement at various locations throughout the Village.
