This work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to restore Village right-of-way following utility repairs. Restoration may include PCC curb and gutter, sidewalk, and/or driveway removal and replacement; full depth concrete patches; and/or HMA pavement patches. The Village makes approximately 15-20 utility repairs a year that require restoration. The contractor will be provided with a list of approximately 5 repairs at a time that will need to be repaired within 14 days of notice. A maximum of three mobilizations will be required to complete this work. The contract season is weather dependent and expected to run from April through November. The amount of work will depend on the actual number of utility pavement patch repairs required and the availability of funds. To receive bid documents, interested bidders must provide a current IDOT Certificate of Eligibility or demonstrate the ability and experience to perform work of the nature and scope of the proposed project.
