Site work for a water / sewer project in Princeton, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of the Manhole Rehabilitation Phase 1, which includes raising approximately 116 manholes and all related appurtenances as shown on the drawings and described in the specifications. Bids must be made on the required Bid Form, fully completed and executed with original signatures and corporate seals, and all bidders must be listed as a plan holder by the plan distributor. Attention is called to the requirements for conditions of employment to be observed, including Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E.O. 11246. Title VI Minority bidders are encouraged to bid. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 5 days after the opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive any bidding informalities and to reject any or all bids for any reason. The sealed bid must be clearly marked as specified and be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond in the amount of five percent of the Bid. Question Deadline 02/05/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing via email to mbaker@kyengr.com. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
