Fermi Forward Discovery Group requires brand-name or equal electrical equipment, including an electrical panel board, circuit breaker, and motor starter, in accordance with specifications provided in separate documents. Fermi Research Alliance, LLC is requesting quotes for a commercial, single-award Firm Fixed Price contract prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6. This is an all-or-none requirement, and award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote meets all solicitation requirements and is most advantageous to the Government. Interested organizations shall submit written capabilities and qualifications by 4:00 p.m. CST on February 12, 2026, for evaluation to determine competitive procurement eligibility. Required representations and certifications include the Subcontractor Annual Reps & Certs (SARC) and PUR-466 Proposal Certifications, which must accompany the quote. The applicable NAICS codes are 423610, 423690, and 423840. All products shall be delivered F.O.B. destination, freight prepaid, to Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory.
