The County Commissioners of Charles County are hereby requesting sealed bids from qualified bidders to retrofit an existing stormwater management facility for water quality treatment and provide effective stream restoration in an actively eroding channel, approximately 750 LF of an unnamed tributary to Clark's Run through the installation of in-stream and bank stabilization structures. The project site is located at Milton M. Somers Middle School, La Plata, in Charles County, Maryland. This solicitation is subject to mandatory Minority and Women Business Enterprise (MWBE)subcontractor participation goals, as established by Charles County Government. Small, Local, and Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. Qualified Contractors to retrofit an existing stormwater management facility. The Contractor selected shall complete the scope of work and all requirements contained herein within 270 consecutive calendar days after the start date specified in a written Notice to Proceed. MWBE Subcontractor Goal: 27.91% Question Deadline 03/03/2026 at 12:00 PM ET
