The project includes the replacement and rehabilitation of Lift Station 13 with all related accessories as shown on the plans and called for in the Contract Documents and Technical Specifications. All material, labor, and equipment necessary for the completion of this work are required. Bids must be submitted on Unit Price Items. The project must be substantially complete within 270 calendar days from the date of notice to proceed. Each bidder must deposit a security in the amount of 5% with the bid and submit a Bid form, Bid Bond, Form of Qualification of Bidder, Non-Collusion Affidavit, and Immigration and Security Form. DBE, MBE, WBE, EEO, BABAA compliance, Davis Bacon and Related Acts, and Wage Rate Determination requirements apply. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope or package clearly labeled with the project name and the submitting company's name. All bidders are required to purchase bidding documents, specifications, and drawings from Goodwyn Mills Cawood, LLC, upon non-refundable payment. Bidder questions must be in writing. The City of St. Marys will select the bid it deems most responsive and responsible. Unauthorized contact with staff or officials may result in disqualification.
