Scope The Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Care and Treatment Services (DCTS), Southern Wisconsin Center (SWC) is seeking to contract with a vendor to provide Excavation and Repair Services. Vendor must provide Excavation and Repair Services to SWC grounds as needed. Excavate as needed to complete work, includes removal of materials from site. The Contractor shall clean up and remove all nonhazardous debris from the job site, on a daily basis. Repairs shall include: Water Main Breaks, Sanitary/Storm Sewer lines and Chilled Water lines. These services, may not exceed $50,000.00 (fifty-thousand dollars) in total. The Department of Health Services does not guarantee to purchase any specific quantity, or pay any minimum Contract price during the term of the Contract. Bids that require a minimum number of commodities or services be ordered will be disqualified. Questions Due: February 6, 2026 at 2:00pm CST. Excavation: Excavate as needed to compete work, included removal of materials from site. The Contractor shall clean up and remove all non-hazardous debris from the job site, daily. Repair shall include labor and material (except excavation) to perform at least the following: o Furnish and install concrete adjustments rings as needed. o Work to be done by qualified personnel to be approved by the SWC Liaison. Replacement shall include labor and material to furnish and install a new crock as needed. Provide other related services as requested. Work under this section shall be subject to prior approval by SWC Liaison. Quotations shall be binding.
