Site work for a water / sewer project in New Brighton, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Rehabilitation of sanitary sewer mains by the installation of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) including approximately 7,280 L.F. of 8" CIPP, 127 L.F. of 10" CIPP, 117 robotic lateral reinstatements, 19 field verified sanitary services, plus miscellaneous and incidental work, all in accordance with the plans and specifications. A bid shall be submitted online through QuestCDN. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit, a Responsible Contractor Certificate, and an Equal Employment Opportunity Certification. A certified check or bid bond made payable to the City of New Brighton in the amount of 5 percent of the bid shall accompany the bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be served thereby. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty days.
