Renovation of a municipal facility in New Brighton, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
In general. the work consists of the removal of the existing roof systems and associated materials on approximately 24.000 ft2 of the %dicks and installation of new roofing systems as specified. Additionally. removal and installation of approximately 200 of that wall flashing and removal and reirmallation of existing screen wall is included with the project. It is the Owners Intent to award the project to one Contractor. The Responsible Contractor that submits the lowest responsive Bate Bid is required to provide one roofing crew working within the City. tbIly equipped and staged. liquidated damages in the amount of Five-Hundred-Dollars ($500.00) per day will be assessed against the Contract if the project is not completed on the dates indicated. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for the opening thereof. All questions during the bid period shall be directed to the Project Manager (Nathan Foss) or the Engineer (Robert A. South) at 763-515-8733. At no time, shall the Owner be contacted during the bid period.
