Site work and paving for a civil project in Cedar Falls, Iowa. Completed plans call civil work for a road / highway and water / sewer project.
This project consists of reconstruction of Picturesque Drive, Oakland Avenue from Grand Avenue to Park Drive, and a portion of Greenwood Avenue. Work includes reconstruction of water main and storm sewers, installation of new subdrain, asphalt pavement with concrete curb and or edging, and concrete intersections. The Contractor shall be substantially complete with stages 1 and 2 no later than November 13th, 2026. Liquidated damages in the amount of $1,000 per calendar days; All work for this project (including Stage 3) shall be fully complete by July 2, 2027.
