Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and delivered to the Office of the School Business Administrator of the TEAM Academy Charter School Board of Trustees. The envelope is to bear the title "Littleton High School Interior Renovation - Life Skills," the bid number, name and address of the bidder, and the bid opening date and time. No bids will be accepted after the specified time. Bidders are required to comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq., and must submit a statement of ownership as required by N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2. Any bidder for public works projects exceeding $20,000.00 must be prequalified by the Department of the Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction, and must submit all required prequalification documents with the bid. Bidders must be classified in one of the following disciplines as of the date and time of the bid opening: C039 HVAC, C008 General Construction, or C009 General Construction Alterations and Additions. If not classified in the required subcontractor disciplines (C030 Plumbing, C032 HVACR, C047 Electrical), bidders must retain and list qualified subcontractors. All contractors must possess a valid and current New Jersey Public Works Contractor's Registration Certificate at the time of bid receipt. Failure to comply with instructions and to submit all required forms may result in bid rejection. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any non-responsive bids or all bids, and to waive minor informalities or non-material exceptions.
