Description

Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Johnston, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Rhode Island Department of Transportation (RIDOT) is soliciting Design-Build services for Bridge Group 16D Route 6 Johnston. Only the three shortlisted Vendor Teams resulting from solicitation SOQ26005949 are eligible to respond to Phase-Two solicitation TRFP26006162. The proposals would include completely replacing three (3) bridges (Bridge Nos. 060701, 060801, and 060901) along the US Route 6 corridor in Johnston and Providence, Rhode Island; realigning the US Route 6 westbound off-ramp to US Route 6A westbound to improve intersection geometry and safety.
