Bid proposals are requested for the construction of the Classroom Addition Project for Montabella Schools. Proposals must be based on the requirements set forth in the Project Manual and relevant contract and construction documents. Bidders may be required to furnish satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price, as well as Certificates of Insurance. Costs for these bonds must be included in the bid form. The project is subject to state sales and/or use taxes, which must also be included in the proposal.
