Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Pico Rivera, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and other incidental and appurtenant work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids. Actual quantities of work to be performed may vary at the discretion of the City Engineer. Time for completion of the Work is Thirty (30) total Working Days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed and shall be inclusive of the procurement time to furnish and install all materials associated with this project. Each Bidder shall possess either a valid Class “A” Contractor’s license or valid Class “C-8” specialty license issued by the California State Contractors License Board. The successful Contractor must also possess a current City Business license. Bidders are required to submit a Bidder's Proposal-Contractor's Statement, Designation of Subcontractors, References, Bid Bond, Noncollusion Declaration Form, Addenda Acknowledgment Form, Payment Bond, Performance Bond, and Warranty Bond. Bids must be submitted electronically. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Meeting is required.
