The Virgin Islands Port Authority (the "Authority" or "VIPA") is soliciting proposal from qualified, certified and licensed mechanical contractors, specializing in fire suppression systems to assess, repair, and maintain a commercial fire suppression system at the Cyril E King Airport and located throughout the St. Thomas/St. John District. The selected Contractor(s) shall furnish and deliver all necessary labor, materials, equipment and transportation required to provide on call inspections, repair, and installation services at VIPA's facilities inclusive of airports and seaports. The services under this Contract will be effective for a period with three (3), one (1) year extension at the discretion of the Authority. The Authority reserves the right to make multiple awards for this requirement and/or to reject any or all bids. Question Deadline 02/13/2026 at 9:00 AM AT
