Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Alamo Heights, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Scope of Services includes general construction services for Broadway and Ogden Lane Improvements. The improvements will be at the intersection of Broadway and Ogden Lane and encompass adjacent areas north and south of this intersection on the west side of Broadway. The project includes landscape architecture designs and aims to realign the intersection of Broadway and Ogden Lane, create a public gathering space in the form of a plaza or patio on the west side of Broadway, construct a dedicated pedestrian crossing of Broadway featuring a pedestrian hybrid beacon, install a safe pedestrian crossing across Ogden, and incorporate landscape design that facilitates stormwater management. Complete bid includes 2 paper copies and a digital (emailed) copy provided by the deadline. Estimate: $1.2 million - $1.5 million *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Alamo Heights City Charter was adopted in 1954 and amended in November 2007 and May 2011. Pursuant to its provisions and subject only to the limitations imposed by the state constitution and state law, all power of the City are vested in the elective City Council, which enacts local legislation, adopts budgets, determines policies, and appoints the highest-level City officials. The City Council executes the laws and oversees the government of the City. The City is a full-service city and provides and wide variety of services to citizens and visitors in the Alamo Heights area. Services include police, community development, building inspections, code enforcement, public works (owner and operator of water system and wastewater system), and general administrative activities
