The Scope of Services includes general construction services for Broadway and Ogden Lane Improvements. The improvements will be at the intersection of Broadway and Ogden Lane and encompass adjacent areas north and south of this intersection on the west side of Broadway. The project includes landscape architecture designs and aims to realign the intersection of Broadway and Ogden Lane, create a public gathering space in the form of a plaza or patio on the west side of Broadway, construct a dedicated pedestrian crossing of Broadway featuring a pedestrian hybrid beacon, install a safe pedestrian crossing across Ogden, and incorporate landscape design that facilitates stormwater management.
