Work includes - Demolition, Building Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel, Architectural Millwork, Roofing, Joint Sealants & Waterproofing, Metal Panels, Doors and Hardware-Supply, Doors and Hardware - Install, Aluminum Storefront & Glazing, Gypsum Assemblies, Flooring & Tile, Painting, Athletic Wood Flooring, Polished Concrete, Miscellaneous Specialties, Signage, Operable Partitions, Food Service Equipment, Athletic Equipment, Window Treatments, Telescoping Fixed Seating Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Earthwork, Site Concrete, Asphalt Paving, Fencing, Landscaping, Irrigation & Plantings, Playground Equipment, Site Furnishings, Site Utilities and Storm Sewer & Drainage. Crossland Construction Co. & the owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formalities or irregularities in any bid, and to accept the bid or bids which seem most advantageous to the Owner. Attention to the following bid requirements: o Complete, sign and include Attachments A, B, C, D, & E found at the end of this bid package document along with your bid form with your sealed bid. o Cashier's check, certified check or Surety Bid Bond for 5% of Base Bid required for all bids over $50,000. o Performance, payment, and maintenance bonds will be required by the lowest responsible bid for any bid over $50,000. These costs are to be included in your bid amount.
