As of March 30, 2026, project was awarded to R.L. Alia Company awarded amount is $4,642,493.20 The Work includes construction of approximately 1,300 lineal feet of storm water trunkline, 260 LF of water main, and 260 LF of sewer main within right-of-way of W STEWART AVE and 4TH ST NW. Other work elements include the removal, abandonment, and plugging of the existing trunkline, storm and sewer manhole structures and catch basins; temporary bypass to install storm and sewer utilities; removal of abandoned sewer line and other manhole structures; pavement replacement for half of 4th Street in areas where trench will disturb the existing pavement, adjustment of existing utilities' cover and grates due to repaving activities; the restoration of pavement markings in disturbed and applicable areas, and traffic control activities.
