Site work for a civil project in Armstrong, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction of a new concrete potable water reservoir, “Fortune Creek Reservoir”, adjacent to the City’s current reservoir located at Reservoir Road near Fortune Creek. This new concrete potable water reservoir includes the following features: ~4,275m3 Bulk excavation & removals for the new Fortune Creek reservoir ~100m Grading and construction to realign the onsite existing reservoir access road ~100m Roadworks storm ditching, storm outfalls, culverts, and headwall ~632 m3 Fortune Creek reservoir cast-in-place concrete Fortune Creek reservoir storm design piping fittings & appurtenances, reservoir subdrain, reservoir drain, reservoir perimeter drain, headwall and manholes Fortune Creek reservoir design piping fittings & appurtenances, water utility tie ins, relocations, anchoring/restraints, manholes, water meter, reservoir inlet, outlet and overflow Fortune Creek reservoir interior fixtures such as ladder, mixer, and pipe supports Fortune Creek reservoir exterior fixtures such as ladder, hatch, guardrails, roof vents, scuppers and downpipes Installation of light poles, instrumentation, electrical servicing, junction boxes and pole relocation Removal of existing trees Reservoir supply trunk main upgrading, "Watermain Twinning", along the City's existing trunk main from the proposed tie in located at Rosedale Avenue to the tie in at Reservoir Road. This new watermain twinning project includes the following features: Bulk excavation, asphalt sawcutting, directional drilling, & or removals within road rights-of-way, Fortune Creek, utility crossings, driveways, and road intersections Road reconstruction in Rosedale Avenue, Whitaker Road, Powerhouse Road, and Reservoir Road, including ~3,150m³ Granular Sub-base, ~800m³ Granular Base, and ~1,700m² 75mm Asphalt paving Boulevard, driveway, fence, lawn and hydroseed restorations Signage relocations Installation of new trunk main, culverts, manholes, 200ø Flow Meter Vault, fittings & appurtenances, anchoring/restraints, air release valves, water utility tie ins, relocations ~1,295m – 150ø PVC C900 DR18 Water Main ~1,325m – 500ø PVC C900 DR18 Water Main ~1,325m – 500ø Fusible PVC (C10D) DR18 Water Main Documents can be obtained from https://pryceadvisory.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/102351 Question Deadline 03/05/2026 at 2:00 PM PT
