Renovation of a mixed-use development in Dearborn Heights, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
Renovation of the Auditorium at Robichaud High School, as part of the Westwood Community School District 2023 Bond Program. Bidders must submit sealed bids, either physically or electronically, by the specified due date and time. Each bid must include a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the owner or any employee of the contractor and any member of the Board of Education or the Superintendent. A sworn and notarized statement certifying that the contractor is not an Iran Linked Business is required. A sworn and notarized Criminal Background-Sex Offender Affidavit is also required. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, either in whole or in part, to waive any informalities or irregularities, and to award the contract at its sole discretion. The Payment and Performance bond will be held by Braun Construction Group. Bid documents, including the scope of work, drawings, and specifications, will be made available upon request to Braun Construction Group.
