Project The project consists of, but is not limited to: Replacement of an existing fire pump including electrical and related work. Sealed bids invited from Contractors for the McCarthy Center Fire Pump Replacement according to the documents prepared by PFEUFER RICHARDSON PC ARCHITECTS. General bidders must be DCAMM certified in Fire Protection Sprinkler System, and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by Question Deadline 02/13/2026 at 3:00 PM ET General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than 5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates), and made payable to Framingham State University. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
