Renovation of a multi-residential development in Framingham, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Framingham Housing Authority invites sealed bids from contractors for the Selective Bathroom Renovations Phase II at John J. Brady Drive (28-2) in Framingham, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Andrew M. Brockway & Associates. The project consists of, but is not limited to, selective bathroom renovations in two buildings at one site, including asbestos abatement, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, resilient flooring, and painting. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 26 to 27H inclusive. The project is being electronically bid and hard copy bids will not be accepted. Bidders are instructed to review the bid documents for information on registering as an electronic bidder. All bids shall be submitted online. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in General Building Construction and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement. Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for their trades and include the required DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Sub-Bidder's Update Statement. Bids must be accompanied by a bid deposit of not less than five percent of the greatest possible bid amount, including all alternates, payable to the Framingham Housing Authority.
