Barneveld Fire Station - Sitework Bids will be received by the Trenton Joint Fire District. Each bidder must submit two copies of the bid form in a sealed envelope, delivered by hand to the designated municipal center. Bidders are instructed not to mail bids. Contract documents must be returned in reusable condition within 30 days after the bid opening for a full deposit refund. All documents, except those held by successful bidders, must be returned to Plan & Print Systems, Inc. Deposits will not be refunded for documents returned after the specified period. Bidders must include security of at least five percent of the base bid with their bid, following conditions outlined in the instructions. Bidders are required to comply with employment conditions and wage rate schedules attached to the contract. Bids cannot be withdrawn for forty-five days after the opening date. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive informalities and irregularities or reject any or all bids and may disqualify bidders who materially fail to comply with the instructions.
