Submit two copies of the Bid Form by hand delivery in sealed envelopes to the Town of Trenton Municipal Center, 8520 Old Poland Road, Barneveld, NY 13304. Do not mail bids. Upon returning contract documents to Plan & Print Systems, Inc. in reusable condition within 30 days after the Bid opening, deposits will be refunded in full. All contract documents, except those held by successful bidders, must be returned to Plan & Print Systems, Inc., 6160 Eastern Avenue, Syracuse, New York, 13211. Deposits for documents not returned within 30 days will not be refundable. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities and reject any or all bids. Each bidder must include a bid security of not less than five percent of the base bid. Attention is called to employment condition requirements and the attached wage rates schedule under this contract. No bid may be withdrawn within forty-five days after the opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to disqualify bidders for any material failure to comply with the instructions to bidders.
