Bids will be received for the Barneveld Fire Station - Electrical project. Submit two copies of the Bid Form in a sealed envelope by hand delivery to the Town of Trenton Municipal Center at 8520 Old Poland Road, Barneveld, NY 13304. Do not mail bids. The deposit for obtaining Contract Documents will be refunded if documents are returned in reusable condition within 30 days after the bid opening; otherwise, deposits are non-refundable. Each bidder must submit a security deposit of at least five percent of the base bid, in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders must observe conditions of employment and pay wages as specified. No bid may be withdrawn within forty-five days after the bid opening. Failure to comply with the Instructions to Bidders may result in disqualification. The District follows a nondiscrimination policy in employment, programs, and services. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is strongly recommended. Question Deadline 02/19/2026 Submit all questions about the Bid Documents to the Architect via Email: submittals@marchassoc.com at least 5 business days prior to date for receipt of Bids.
