Renovation of a municipal facility in Everett, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Everett is requesting qualification statements from firms interested in providing Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) Services to the City in accordance with M.G.L. c. 149, §44A½ and other applicable Massachusetts General Laws. The selected firm will provide OPM services, including representing the City during the design and construction phases of the project, with a particular focus on management of quality, cost, and schedule. The immediate project includes improvements to the Edward G. Connolly Center at 90 Chelsea Street, Everett, MA 02149. The City may also use this RFQ as a qualifying document for related municipal building projects. Bidders are responsible for registering as a plan holder and must ensure their responses are clearly labeled and delivered to the Procurement Department. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. As of April 30, 2026, an owner's project manger has been selected. It is still in the conceptual phase and a design firm has not been selected. A timeline for construction has not been established.
