Seven (7) Apartments & Two (2) Hallways Interior Renovations : 62-64 North Avenue, Owego, New York 1. 2A Full Renovation Demo, new partitions and doors, floors, trims, new bathroom and kitchen. 2. 2B Full Renovation into 2 units 2B & 2D Demo, new partitions and doors, floors, trims, new bathroom and kitchen. 3. 2C Full Renovation Demo, new partitions and doors, floors, trims, new bathroom and kitchen. 4. 2D Full Renovation (split from 2B as new separate unit) Demo, new partitions and doors, floors, trims, new bathroom and kitchen. 5. 3A Partial Renovation Limited Demo & new partitions, floor and trims. New Kitchen and Bathroom 6. 3B Partial Renovation Limited Demo & new partitions, floor and trims. New Kitchen and Bathroom 7. 3C Partial Renovation Limited Demo & new partitions, floor and trims. The 3rd floor units were built about 12 years ago under a NYS grant. Existing electrics to be kept where walls are not demolished. Doors can be re-used. No window replacements on main façade are proposed. New service and electric panel to be installed to new 2D unit. New mini-split HVAC systems in all units to be provided.
