Description

Renovation of a multi-residential development in Elkhart, Indiana. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

As of February 5th, 2026, this project has been canceled without plans to rebid at this time. The project involves the overlay of a pre-existing roof system, including but not limited to all preparation and necessary removals, installation of new fan-fold insulation, slope adjustments for proper drainage, new venting, flashing, and other necessary work to ensure a 20-year warranty on the finished project. Bids must be submitted on the State of Indiana Contractor’s Bid for Public Work – Form 96 (Rev. 2013). Each bid must include a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the bid. Any deviation from the bid documents must be explained in the submittal. The Commission reserves the right to waive informalities or irregularities, and to reject any and all bids or portions thereof.
