Site work and paving for a road / highway in Larsen, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work consists of pulverizing and relaying the existing asphalt, installing 4 inches of new paving (first lift: HMA pavement 2.25 inches; second lift: HMA pavement 1.75 inches), applying a 2-foot shoulder on both sides, restoration as needed, and completing all incidental items necessary for the project on Oakridge Road (~3,701 feet from the east town line toward Steeple Hill Drive). All bids must be addressed to the Town of Winchester and enclosed in a sealed envelope marked with the name and address of the bidder, BID DOCUMENT, and the Project Title “Oakridge Road Bid” on the outside of the envelope. Bids must be mailed or hand delivered to the Town of Winchester Clerk prior to the designated time. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, waive any irregularities in bidding, or accept any bid deemed most advantageous to the Town. No bid may be withdrawn for thirty days after the opening without the Town's consent.
