CTH II Sanitary Sewer Extensions Larsen Winchester Sanitary District Town of Winchester, Winnebago County, Wisconsin The Larsen Winchester Sanitary District will receive sealed proposals for construction of approximately 530 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer in two separate areas along CTH II in the Town of Winchester. Bids: Proposals shall be prepared and submitted on the forms provided in the bid documents. All proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope labeled "CTH II Sanitary Sewer Extensions, Larsen Winchester Sanitary District". No proposal shall be accepted after 9:00 am on January 4, 2022. Bid Security/Withdrawal/Rejection: Larsen Winchester Sanitary District as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the Contract, Performance and Payment Bonds, and Certificate of Insurance within fifteen days after the award of the Contract. If the successful Bidder so files the Contract, Bonds, and Certificate of Insurance, the Owner shall return the check or bond upon execution of the Contract. If the Bidder fails to file the Contract, Bonds, and Certificate of Insurance, the amount of the check or bid bond shall be forfeited to Larsen Winchester Sanitary District as liquidated damages. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of the bids, without the consent of the Owner, for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time for closing of the bids.
