Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Larsen, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for paving for a road / highway.

The work under this contract shall consist of pulverize and relay of existing asphalt, 4-inch paving (1st lift = HMA pavement 2.25 inches / 2nd lift = HMA pavement 1.75 inches), 2-foot shouldering on both sides, restoration as needed, and all incidental items necessary to complete the work. All bids shall be addressed to the Town of Winchester and shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope, marked with the name and address of the bidder, BID DOCUMENT, and the Project Title "Breezewood Lane Bid" on the outside of the envelope for which the bid is being submitted. Bids must be mailed or hand delivered to the Town of Winchester Clerk, Holly Stevens, by 9:30 a.m. on the specified date. The Town of Winchester reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, waive any irregularities in bidding, or to accept any bid it deems most advantageous to the Town. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled opening of the bids without the consent of the Town of Winchester.
