Statement of Work: This project will consist of the construction of New 13,000 square foot single story wood construction senior center for Ascension Council on Aging, containing administration space, dining, warming kitchen, lounge, exercise room and activity space. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of opening thereof. All questions regarding this project and the bid package shall be submitted to the Purchasing Departmentviapurchasing@apgov.usby 4:00 PM on February 5,2026.
