Renovation of a mixed-use development in Moorestown, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and educational facility.

The work includes Partial Roof Replacement and Building Envelope Repairs at Various Schools, together with all incidental work, in accordance with the requirements outlined in the bid documents. Bidders must be classified as of the date and time of the bid opening in the discipline of DPMC: C068 Prime Contractor with C030 Subcontractor. Location of Operation: George C. Baker Elementary School, 139 W. Maple Avenue, Moorestown, NJ 08057 Moorestown High School, 350 Bridgeboro Road, Moorestown, NJ 08057 Mary E. Roberts Elementary School, 290 Crescent Avenue, Moorestown, NJ 08057 Bids should be submitted for a single overall contract. Proposals must be submitted in duplicate (one original and one copy) in a separate sealed envelope for each contract, clearly marked with the contract title and/or bid number. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified cashier's check payable to the Owner equal to 10% of the bid amount, not exceeding $20,000, as well as a Certificate of Consent of Surety obligating the surety company to provide NJ Statutory Performance and Payment Bonds in the full contract amount. The Consent of Surety must be issued by a company authorized to do business in NJ and comply with the relevant statutes. All bidders and their subcontractors must be pre-qualified by the New Jersey Division of Property Management and Construction, possess valid and active Notice of Classification, and comply with the New Jersey State Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders must also submit proof of registration with the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development and provide a Business Registration Certificate prior to contract award. No bidder on state or federal debarred lists is eligible. No bid may be withdrawn for 60 days after the opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive minor informalities in accordance with law. All correspondence must include the Architect's Project Name and Project Number referenced. The Owner and/or the Architect are not responsible for misdirected or misrouted correspondence.
