Interior and exterior renovations consisting of a new minimum 15 millimeter thick vapor barrier installation at the existing crawlspace, new passive air crawlspace block vents (alternate design with fan to be included for mechanical ventilation), exterior below grade waterproofing system with perimeter drain gravity fed to new underground storm water management piping, fed to daylight at rear of property. Additional underground storm water piping tie-ins to existing exterior mounted rain water downspouts (up to 6 locations). Vapor barrier installation is proposed below classrooms Y29, Y28, and kitchen. Exterior waterproofing system is proposed at part of media center exterior wall and all of the exterior walls at classrooms Y29 and Y28. Electronic bid documents are available from the architect's website for no fee. Requests must be made through a registered account via the FVHD contractor portal. Hard copies are available for $150 per set. A check or money order should be made payable to Fraytak Veisz Hopkins Duthie, P.C. A direct shipping account number (FedEx or UPS) and preferred shipping speed must also be provided.
