Response to Questions 2/26/26 @ 5:00pm (ET) The purpose of this RFP is to secure the services of a contractor to restore the operation of Pump Station 11-C Bypass system by furnishing and installing approximately 300' of 16" Ductile Iron Pipe DIP. This will replace currently installed 16" PVC piping that was blown out during a mode change operation. During the replacement of this piping, also replace the 16" X 12" tapping valve with a butterfly valve. See highlighted section of Exhibit A for more details. The Contractor will visit the location to discern the best method of operation to perform this repair. The successful Contractor will be responsible for the provision of all materials necessary to execute this repair, including the restoration of valve boxes and the asphalt driveway. Services provided shall include the following: 1. Installation 1. Furnish and install sewer grade Ductile Iron Piping DIP. 2. Furnish and install 16" X 12" sewer grade butterfly valve. 3. Furnish and install necessary valve boxes. 4. Restore asphalt driveway. It is estimated that the infrastructure is approximately fifteen (15) feet below grade, and the use of a wellpoint system is required for dewatering.
