The project involves the renovation of an existing food service space in Arntzen Hall Room 101 at Western Washington University to become a new Starbucks café on the main campus. The scope of work includes selective demolition, adding non-load bearing wall partitions, a new folding security grille, new ceilings, new flooring, casework, finishes, modifications to the existing fire sprinkler system, and electrical, plumbing, and HVAC improvements. The Architect/Engineer's estimate for the project is $740,000. Potential bidders must access Trimble Unity Construct's online bidding portal for all bid documents, bidder questions, and addenda. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Trimble Unity Construct online bidding portal, and only bids submitted through this portal will be accepted.
