TIP Project 1360 includes the resurfacing and rehabilitation of West Main Road from John Kesson Road to the Portsmouth Town Line. The scope of work consists of milland-overlay resurfacing, spot base repairs, shoulder restoration, pavement marking replacement, drainage improvements as needed, and upgrades to curb ramps and other ADA-compliant pedestrian features. The project will address pavement deterioration caused by age, traffic load, and weather impacts. Coordination with RIDOT will ensure that work aligns with statewide transportation priorities and construction standards The project is included in the City's 2027-2031Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of February 06, 2026, further details have not yet been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
